We used Same Day thru Home Depot and Had a wonderful experience. Randy came out to do the sale and was wonderful! The guys showed up the very next day to install and they had it completely done in TWO DAYS! And let me tell you it wasn’t easy with our trusses and attic! Kirk, Jimmy, Eagle, Ross, Mohammad and Omid were our team and they were not only professional but skilled and efficient! They could not have sent a better team! Over two days we saw the hard work in the weather and have the utmost respect for what they do. I could go on and on but just can’t say how happy we are to now have Central Heating and Air! Thanks guys for all your hard work and expertise!
I don’t write reviews lightly, and I’m extremely difficult to satisfy when it comes to work done in my home. I have obsessive compulsive disorder, and hiring contractors reliably triggers significant stress and anxiety because, in my experience, most crews miss details, cut corners, or leave a mess that I then have to fix myself. That did not happen here. Mohammad, Omid, and Eagle from Same‑Day Heating Cooling and Plumbing LLC, contracted through Home Depot, installed a full 3-ton HVAC system at my house, including an additional intake in our dining room, all new ducting, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every measurable way. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what to expect next, which matters a lot when you care deeply about precision and control. The workmanship itself was clean, methodical, and professional. Most importantly for me, they treated my home with respect. Every mess they made was cleaned up. Nothing was left behind. No loose materials, no sloppy finishes, no “we’ll come back later” excuses. When they were done, the job was done. It is rare for a crew to meet my standards, let alone surpass them. These three did. If you’re someone who values precision, professionalism, and company that employs a crew that actually does things right the first time, I can recommend them without hesitation.
Good job doing my AC unit system. This tech (Omid) did a good service for my family. No complaint. Our old York AC died 4 times in 10.5 years. On this one (Tempstar) - we don't know this new system brand, but we trusted to these techs by giving a 12 years warranty. They also provided a 24 months 100% money-back if we don't like it. This new unit is very quiet; the thermostat panel has a few things to use thru the panel control and my phone. My wife loves the led light options to change to any colors. You can see 3 or 4 type colors for example. The price is decent for modern days. It's not too pricy like other competitors.
Service reps did a great job with tune up and explaining issues with my system and recommendations. After review I ended up installing a new AC unit and heating unit and technicians did a great job installing and go over new units.
granted I'm biased but Same Day has an amazing install crew that is very knowledgeable and efficient, as well as a killer service and sales department. 10/10
