This is a great shop that has all the things I need when getting braids.
I visited the store today based on the hours. An African American female employee, slammed the door in my face and did not allow me to come in, and said they were closed. She was extremely rude. If you all will not let customers in based on the hours, you should have different ones. I’ve shopped here consistently over the last 8 years and because of this experience, I won’t be back.
Great selection on hair products at a reasonable price.
Called to see if they had a specific braiding gel that I prefer to use on my clients. They had it. Then I asked the price. The lady said they don’t give their prices over the phone, & that NO beauty supply gives prices over the phone (a BLATANT LIE!) I’ve never in my life had an issue simply getting the price of an item over the phone. Before I could say anything else, the woman hung up on me. Extremely rude!! I was ready to buy; just wanted to prepare myself for how much I would’ve been spending. I had a lot more items on my shopping list, but I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
I wouldn’t recommend you buy any human hair wigs from this beauty supply store, literally was charged $230 for a human hair wig that looked like a $80 wig! Once I got home! And you can’t return it! The lady literally was smiling once she handed me the receipt & bag🚩🚩.. also customer service is below average with four people just their barely wanting to help Does this look like a $230 wig! The lace a tracks look so thin Nd cheap .. should had knew it was a red flag 🚩 when it came in a synthetic wig pack/box 🥴
