I recently brought in my diamond rings due to a missing diamond stone. I was a bit nervous about the process since it's a very sentimental piece, but Sam's jeweler was incredibly patient and reassuring. He thoroughly explained the repair process and provided a transparent and fair quote. When I picked up the rings, it looked absolutely flawless like new!!. The repair was invisible, and the rings are beautifully polished, cleaned and renewed. He truly brought it back to life without losing any of its original character. What an amazing experience I had with getting my wedding set fixed. I had a small diamond fallout due to a broken prong, and Sam did everything to restore my ring and it looks like new. !! It literally took my breath away. I highly recommend this jewelry store for purchase, cleaning, and restoring. I’m new to the area and this was store was close to my home. I decided to try it out based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They are thorough, efficient, and have great communication. I will be taking my ring in every six months for cleaning.
