We had the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time, all thanks to Yelda. Even though we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, they were kind enough to arrange a table for us immediately. The food was delicious, but Yelda’s service was the highlight of our evening. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and well-spoken. She stayed in constant dialogue with us, checking in after every course to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, she gave us amazing recommendations for Liverpool, which we truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone so cultured and dedicated to their job. Highly recommended
Eventough we called 10 minutes before they could seat us. The environment and design was amazing. For a place like this food needs to be more balanced and seasoned. But our server ‘Yelda’ really good took care with us. She asked about our foods and drinks, she was very friendly and well-trained about her job. I will definitely go back if i go Liverpool again.
It was our first time dining at San Carlo and it did not disappoint. From starter to mains and dessert, everything tasted very good and the portions were reasonable for the price. The only thing we didnt like that much is the noise. Tables are very close to each other, and there were many large groups at the time. But overall, it was a great dining experience! xx
I had an amazing evening celebrating with my colleagues! The private dining room was perfect for our festive get-together, and the food was simply amazing—every steak cooked to perfection and served right on time. Adrian was a standout, looking after us all with warmth and professionalism, which just made the night even better. I'll definitely be back.
An absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere exudes sophistication and style, perfectly matched by the impeccable service. Every member of staff was attentive, professional, and made the evening feel truly special. I ordered the mixed chicken and prawn pasta with fries — it was absolutely beautiful. The mixed steak with mash and the sea fish were equally superb. Every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The food quality, presentation, and service were all spot on. San Carlo truly sets the standard for fine dining — an exceptional restaurant that delivers luxury, class, and culinary perfection in every sense. Our final bill came to £800+ but it was worth every penny and £ 😊
