Took my 2 year old pup here and the staff were great! Would highly recommend. Dr. Luecking was friendly and attentive and our RVT was also kind and informative! We came for a wellness exam and vaccine plus anal gland expression and were in and out within 25 min. :)

We moved back to San Diego and decided to take our dogs back to San Diego Bay Animal Hospital because we had used them previously back in 2018/2019 and had a great experience. This time around I cannot say the same. It has been multiple issue with simple tasks such as prescriptions, vaccination statuses, and what should have been very easy conversations with the front desk that were not since we moved back in January. We will be taking our babies to another vet at their next annual exam.
San Diego Bay Animal Hospital is an incredible vet! They care for both our cat and dog, and have done a phenomenal job treating each one’s needs as they enter their senior years. I appreciate that they have an internist on staff so that we don’t need to make appointments at two separate vets to manage our cat’s IBD. Truly thankful to have found such a wonderful care team!
The doctor and staff were very compassionate during this heartbreaking loss to my family. This is how I want my Boy Boy to be remembered. He was born in my dresser drawer in my apartment he was the biggest of the litter. He was the sweetest, gentle cat . Brought lots of joy for 18 years to us all. We miss you and will never forget you. BOY BOY R.I.P. 4/30/25 Till we unite again
