I had a consultation with Ricardo regarding my concerns about applying for naturalization during these challenging political times. Ricardo took the time to carefully address all of my questions and went well beyond what was required to help me understand my situation clearly. From the very beginning Attorney Elorza gained our trust in navigating the complex Immigration process. He is knowledgeable about the law, compassionate in understanding your personal story and will work tirelessly for your Immigration documents. Mr. Elorza treated us like we were his only client, answering our e-mail questions as early as 6:30 in the morning or 9:30 at night and if need be, to have a phone conversation well after office hours. He was also there to answer questions or calm concerns. He explained every step of the way in detail and prepared us for our interview. Mr. Elorza was an extremely calming voice throughout this stressful experience. To give you an example of why we rate the San Diego Immigration Law Office five stars. Our case was originally denied for a Legal Permanente Resident Card (LPR) or green card. Mr. Elorza felt that the ruling was incorrect and did not follow current law. We decide to appeal, and Attorney Elorza wrote the appeal to the USCIS. Once the USCIS received the appeal, it only took the USCIS six days to completely reverse their opinion and issue a LPR card. This only happened because of Mr. Elorza’s knowledge of Immigration Law and his willingness to fight on your behalf. We have already made plan to use the San Diego Immigration Law office for our US Citizen application, three years from now.

Then we found Ricardo through a family member, and it was a completely different experience. He was honest, explained everything clearly, and told us what was really necessary for my parent’s immigration interview. He helped us file everything and made sure we had all the right documents. Ricardo and his assistant Maritza were both amazing. They’re really caring and you can tell they genuinely want to help. If you are looking for someone to help you with immigration stuff ask for Ricardo Elorza at the San Diego immigration Law office. He is super nice, polite, kind, and professional. I am so grateful I got to meet him and let him help me with Advance parole. I finally went back to Mexico after 23 years and see my grandmothers. He is not like other attorneys/lawyers that are like rude and not polite. Ricardo would call me back, email and even text me back. He was so nice and said if I have a problem coming back to the U.S to call him and he would be there right away. Ricardo is a great attorney I definitely recommend him, you won’t regret it.
