Melly is a horrible tech. I asked for something that looked natural cat eye with as much volume as a hybrid would allow. The entire time she was rushing and dropping things in my hair, and bumping my head anytime she stood up to get something. At the end of the appointment, I told her I was not happy with the lashes and if it would be any trouble to remove some from the inner corner. The set did not look like a mix of classic and volume, it looked like mega volume with no clear shape. Ad she removed the inner lashes , she was rushing and plucked a couple out and pinched some skin so hard that it made me cry from being in pain. I asked if she could please be more careful. The entire process was uncomfortable, painful, and embarrassing. I left in tears. During checkout, I asked if she looked at the photos I uploaded for my appointment. She said no, I will look at them right now. When I asked her how long she’s been attack, she said 11 years. I explained that I didn’t believe this session was worth $200. I’m not happy and quite frankly, I’m humiliated. She said she can charge me for the Jr. stylist price instead. I paid and left. I will not be returning here.
I wanted to get my lashes done for an upcoming trip & looked up places near me. San Diego Lashes had great reviews so I booked an appointment with Rose. She ran a little late, but texted me to let me know, which I appreciated. I wanted a full & natural look, and I am pleased with the results. She educated me about aftercare and told me I could follow up with her with any questions. It was a great experience!
I've been getting my lashes done by Rose and she's been such a great tech! Prices are reasonable and being a first timer with lash extensions if you just explain what you're looking for she will guide you in the right direction. The space is also very clean and relaxing.
Had a great experience with Rose! I haven’t had my lashes done for years and this was my first time coming in since. She was so gentle and I didn’t feel a thing and they turned out amazing. I would recommend to anybody and will be back again for my fill!
Rose always does an amazing job on my lashes. I am new to getting my lashes done (started this year). She is very gentle with the process. She is kind and professional. I enjoy our conversations and also enjoy that she gives me space/time to relax decompress during the eyelash application process. I have a demanding job so it is nice to have an hour to relax while benefiting from gorgeous eyelash extensions. In addition, I appreciate that she listens to my desires each time since they have changed as I’ve been doing them more regularly. My appointments are always on time and done at the time expected. It’s a really nice process and I’m grateful. Thank you so much Rose and San Diego Lashes for letting me be your client.
