Huge thanks to Tom for setting up our BUPA health and dental care cover! For years, my partner Lizzie has had a fear of going to the dentist, however recently acquired an emergency dentist and said she had never experienced care and patience like it. Definitely a worthwhile investment. Had a letter within 5 days confirmed the claim was accepted and the check-up/ treatment was covered without penalty. My partner Lizzie has always been nervous about visiting the dentist, but recently needed emergency treatment and said she’d never experienced such care and patience before, truly amazing service. The policy proved to be a great investment; we received confirmation within five days that the claim was accepted and the check-up/treatment was fully covered. Tom did all the leg work, just had to supply basic details before the policy went live.

Tom helped us with our remortgage and was absolutely outstanding. We were dreading our remortgage given rates were so uncertain in recent times, but Tom found us the best rate months in advance of our renewal, and locked it in for us and it gave us such peace of mind. During the months leading up the renewal, Tom was always keeping an eye on rates and looking to move us if they improved. Such a proactive approach. Throughout the process, Tom was a joy to deal with and was always on hand to answer any questions and guide us where required. Will 100% be back when the time comes to renew.
