I took my daughter to get a Dutch braid. Now my daughter has curly hair. The first apt I had wasn’t the best. The girl that did my daughters hair didn’t know how to braid on curly hair. So the end result was not good at all. I called and spoke with the owner she was incredibly nice and insisted on us coming back in for it to get fixed! She booked my daughter with daisy and she did an AMAZING JOB! If you want a braid or have curly hair def ask for daisy! My daughter left so happy and she talked to her the entire time she was doing her hair making her feel special. Definitely amazing customer service! Will def bring my daughter back to get Dutch braids whenever she wants them!

This place is close to my new home so decided to try it. The 1st time was meh, 2nd time was pretty good so I decided to get a membership. 3rd time the last stylist I had was not available after I had already made an appointment with her. The put me with Jacki who looked like she had no interest in being there. I knew it wasn't going to be good. Washed my hair like she was petting a cat, did not rinse it thoroughly either. I asked her to scrub my hair since it is thick she said she was. Sat me in her stylist chair and tried to dry my hair for an hour (it's not THAT thick) pulling on it, getting it stuck in the dryer and even asked the receptionist if someone else could take over at one point. I had an event to be that evening so as soon as she was done I rushed out of there telling the receptionist to only leave a 10 percent tip but did a 20 percent instead not even asking how it went. I got home and could not believe what I saw. My hair was curled every which was, was frizzy, felt coarse and greasy. The worst was when my husband asked if I cut my hair. There were short hairs in the back of my head where it had gotten stuck in the dryer. I was beyond frustrated but had to live with it for the night. I woke up the next morning washed and styled my own hair. I don't usually write reviews especially bad but this person should not be doing hair of any kind or even in customer service. I am also disappointed that the staff did not address what was obviously a disaster.
Great customer service from the moment we walked in. The girl at the desk checked us in and offered us water. Our stylist, Cherie, was patient with my 6 year and gave her several options of colors for her extention braids. She even gave her a coloring book to keep her occupied. We were VERY happy andvplan to come back.
