Highly recommend!!! I was skeptical if we really needed a wedding coordinator for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding as I am a very organized person, and had purchased an online wedding planning organizer. Then I started thinking about the actual day of the wedding and realized that I wanted to enjoy the wedding and not be "working" during the event. Casey was recommended to us from our venue and hiring her ended up being the best decision! She started working with us to answer our questions and give advice a couple months prior to our event, attended the venue final walk through with us and ran our rehearsal the night before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Casey and her assistant handled the timing of the entire day, setup and took down all the decor, fabricated the seating chart on a beautiful antique mirror, set up the dessert bar, made sure everyone was having a good time by passing out our dance floor props, pushing flowers and tables out of the way when our dancers were too many for our dance floor, coordinated the entire day including all the other vendors we had hired, packed up all the decor and loaded it into our vehicles at the end of the night, and so much more!!! It was as if Casey had roller skates on and eyes at the back of her head, because she was able to foresee a need and take care of it before anyone noticed. She is so professional, sweet and pleasant to work! I will definitely hire her again when my daughter gets married, but I will use her full services rather than the day of because she will save me so much time and research hours next time.
Our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was so much more than "just" a day-of coordinator; she was an invaluable partner from the moment we hired her. In the months leading up to the wedding, she attended vendor meetings with us and asked incredibly strategic and insightful questions that we would not have thought of. This proactive approach and her deep industry knowledge not only created a flawless day-of timeline but also saved us significant money by connecting us with high-quality, affordable vendors. She went above and beyond her role, and so much of her work was done long before the wedding day even began. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything with grace and ease. When a power outage hit our church, she seamlessly pivoted and kept us calm resulting in a beautiful, memorable candlelit ceremony that felt intimate and intentional. Later, she navigated a payment shortage that was entirely our mistake with incredible grace and professionalism, resolving it without any stress to us. She also found small, individual moments to make us feel cared for and comfortable throughout the day. From the perfectly timed dress change and surprise entrance to "Pink Pony Club" to helping us make quick and confident decisions, she was a true lifesaver. We can't recommend her enough. She handled every unexpected challenge with calm and expertise, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. We not only had a perfect wedding day because of her, but we also gained a cherished friend.
Casey is phenomenal! Her skills and attention to detail are impeccable! She was very responsive, giving us great advice and guidance every step of the way. She also helped us save money any chance she could. Casey really listened to our needs and concerns, and brought our wedding vision to life. She also had answers to questions we didn't even think of. On the big day Casey was professional, poised, and had everything organized from start to finish. She is truly amazing! I would recommend Casey and her services to any new bride or couple. Our wedding would not have been possible without her!
