Among other things, they're communicative, detailed, accurate, timely, and overall do a great job. Eric cares about his clients and makes uncomfortable and complicated tax circumstances much easier to understand and puts people's mind at ease.
They're knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing what's best for their clients. Eric is awesome and easy to work with. They have been doing all of my families taxes for years.
