Rob arrived on time. He was personable and professional. Good humored. Answered all of my questions. Treated infested areas inside and also treated outside. Educated me on how to remove contaminated goods. Gave me his card in case I have further problems within the time before my next treatment. Highly recommended!
I purchased Scherzinger's quarterly pest control program based on the recommendation of a friend when I'd begun seeing ants in my home. I feel glad I did, long after they eradicated the ants. First, after 11 years in my nearly 100-year old home, I started seeing evidence of mice! Yuck! I called Scherzinger to confirm that protection from mice was part of my ongoing plan. I was delighted when the representative not only said yes but sent someone out the same day! It took multiple visits but they didn't give up and finally we discovered that an old dryer vent cover, long since removed from view during a renovation, had come off, creating a little mouse highway into my basement. 🤦🏼♀️ The following winter, Scherzinger was my first call when I was bringing in firewood and noticed tiny piles of sawdust on the logs 😱. They came the next day and gave me the bad news: termites! Tammie, my Scherzinger service provider, was kind in delivering the news over the phone, and waited for me to hurry home to let her inside to check whether there was evidence of termites INSIDE the house. She searched and found no evidence - Whew! Tammie gave me guidance on how to keep it that way, with no pressure, and walked me through the options for protecting my home from the devastating effects of the little wood-chewing jerks. Nobody wants news like that, but her ability to answer my questions without trying to scare me into a purchase were helpful, professional and most appreciated. From the telephone team to the reasonable price to terrific technicians like Tammie West-Ayala, I am so glad to be working with them and recommend without reservation their services and their ongoing plan.
Michael was a great technician. He was thorough, spent a long time on making sure no bugs were seen, applied application outside and inside, dusted off everything on the outside. I can’t say enough how affective he was to my home. He was kind, always smiling and showed sympathy when he heard my husband had recently passed away. This man deserves a big raise because of his quality of work.
Michael was amazing! Very knowledgeable. He explained our mice problem in great detail. Outside of the preventative measures he took, he told us how to clean and what to use to prevent additional critters from getting in. At the end of his treatment, we were discussing issues in the garage...I accidentally locked myself out of my house and this kind soul, stayed with me, allowed me to use his phone and waited with me until I could get back in my house! 100% recommend!!!
These wonderful folks have provided me consistently excellent service for years now. Their quarterly maintenance services usually keep everything at bay, and their recent remediation of a sudden yellowjacket infestation was just as impressive. Their technicians seem generally great, but I’ve had two primary technicians through the years and both have made such incredibly positive impressions that I always look forward to catching up when them when they come out. Awesome, trustworthy company whose passion for great customer service is tangible in every interaction!
