We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Scholars of Kitchener West, and I highly recommend this tutoring centre to any parent looking for exceptional academic support for their child. The tutors here are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely invested in each student’s growth. The centre is also incredibly well-managed by the Centre Director, Madhvi, whose dedication, communication, and flexibility make a big difference. Our son began Math and French classes at Scholars last year. From the start, the tutors took the time to understand his learning level and tailored the lessons and worksheets accordingly. Thanks to their support and encouragement, he’s now confidently tackling high school-level math—even though he’s still in middle school! He recently aced a placement test for a grade above his current level, scoring an A+, and more importantly, he’s developed a strong sense of confidence in his math abilities. We’ve also seen a significant improvement in his French. The tutors at Scholars focus on building a solid foundation by helping students truly understand the core concepts. A special thanks to Madhvi, the Centre Director, who is always proactive in keeping parents informed and is incredibly accommodating when it comes to adjusting the class schedules.

Over the past nine months at Scholars, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation in our 12 year old and her approach to math. She has grown in both skills and confidence and it is rewarding to witness her progress. When she first began, she was several grade levels behind, unsure and hesitant with any concepts. Through consistent effort, personalized instruction and the supportive environment at Scholars, she has not only caught on, but excelled. What stands out most is how she now approaches challenges with a positive attitude and a willingness to try. She’s learned to trust her own reasoning and to persevere; a mindset that will benefit her in all areas of learning. We are grateful for the dedication of the Scholars team in helping our daughter unlock her potential. The growth she’s experienced is a testament to what can happen when a student is encouraged, supported and given the right tools to succeed.
Our son went for some extra Math help and it was the best decision. The math teacher was excellent. Very patient, skillful and knew how to explain a concept so easily. My son doesn't fear maths anymore because of these tutoring classes. We've tried other math tutoring before and none of them worked like this before. If you're looking for tutoring for your child, this is the best spot in KWC area. Maddy has been very helpful in scheduling and adjusting time whenever needed. She's polite and professional. Amazing environment and overall a great experience. Highly recommend it.
