We had our main sewer line backed up which was causing water to fill into our 2 tubs and walk in shower. It would not drain. We tried calling two other companies first. Roto-Rooter gathered our contact info and told us they would give us a call back.The other company still hasn’t called us back. Meanwhile, Scott’s plumbing has already been out and fixed our problem. They were very quick, knowledgeable, and not too expensive. They even pointed out other issues they would recommend fixing to prevent other issues in the future. I would call them again if I had another plumbing issue.
Communication was great coordinating a date and time to respond. Brandon showed up right at the beginning of the window I was told a plumber would arrive. I was give a quote and the job which included replacing a water filtration system and seal in the bathtub handle. The price was fair and the work was done with no problems. I am very pleased. Andy
I had the technician Jay come out, he was so nice and very knowledgeable. He efficiently fixed my problem and then educated me on what happened, and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. He and his assistant were very careful in taking up my bathmats, and they even asked for a rags to clean up the water that was on the floor. I have never had anyone from a plumbing company do this. He is very good and I will definitely call them back next week for a very big project I need completed. Jay and Scott’s Plumbing are very dependable. I have used them before and I will always call them from my plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.
Scott Plumbing did an excellent job for me! My knob on my tub faucet fell off. It was a simple repair that took less then 5 minutes. We’ve used Scott Plumbing before and were very impressed with their service. Recently, I called them again for my Aunt Jean Barker’s home, and, they exceeded our expectations. The technician was polite, courteous, and highly skilled — he fixed the issue quickly and professionally. We couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely use Scott Plumbing again. Highly recommend!
