5 stars. Scott repaired two pockets doors for me. He was able to repair rather than replacing the doors. They can now be opened & closed with 1 finger instead of lifting. I was very pleased he squeezed me in because I was preparing for family guest coming. He is very professional & cleaned both areas. I will definitely use his services again.
We hired Scott for our Spokane deck replacement. It was in terrible shape, and he undertook a full tear-down and rebuild. We couldnt be happier with the results! I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott for some much-needed repairs on our basement stairs, which were original to the house from 1972. They felt unsafe and squeaked loudly with every step. From the moment we contacted Scott, he was attentive and professional. He took the time to thoroughly examine our stairs and listened carefully to our concerns. After his assessment, he provided us with a clear estimate, which we were happy to accept. Scott was punctual and kept us updated on his arrival times. His friendly demeanor made it easy for us to communicate with him throughout the process. As I watched him work, I was impressed by his meticulous attention to detail in his craftsmanship. He ensured that every step was just right, and that the stringers were perfectly aligned. Finding reliable and honest contractors can be a challenge, but we definitely hit the jackpot with Scott. My husband and I could not be happier with the results of his work, and we will certainly be reaching out to him for future projects.
I recently had Scotts Custom Construction and Spokane Handyman Service work on several projects at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They installed two new glass block windows and two exterior doors, with full paint preparation included (caulking and spackling). They also handled the door ordering, permit, and delivery. The new Smart Key deadbolts and doorknob sets that were installed look fantastic. Additionally, he expertly replaced the wood under my kitchen sink, installed and stained two new interior doors, repaired an interior door, and installed a new front threshold, door sweep, and weather seals. Even the garage back door got a new Smart Key doorknob and door sweep, and they also replaced my exterior dryer vent. I highly appreciate the attention to detail, especially the sanding of my front door for new staining and polyurethane. Thank you for making my home more beautiful and secure! Scott was reliable, honest, and friendly. He clearly was dedicated to doing things right! My entire construction/repair project was an enjoyable and successful experience.
