Agree with previous review about poor customer service from a lady on the phone. Spent the better part of three minutes arguing with me about how I had submitted an enquiry with the rudest, most condescending tone - no customer service at all. Said they would only come out if we had beds, a couch, a fridge, a washer. Explained we had a fridge, beds, a couch and a washer so all the things they wanted. Then asked where we were located. When I said we were in Hope Island, the comment was ‘We wouldn’t bother coming out that far for those items only’ 🙄 So you wouldn’t bother driving half an hour for the items you want, right….
This place was excellent. They had a great range of items at a fair price.
Weird interaction on the phone - the lady I spoke with was quite abrupt when I enquired about selling some furniture. It turns out they’re only interested if you have an entire houseful to sell, something that would’ve been helpful to know beforehand, especially if it were mentioned clearly on their website. I was left feeling like I’d wasted her time by calling. A little more kindness and better phone etiquette would really make a difference.

Fantastic store, in these hard times I was able to purchase an awesome refrigerator for a great price Scotty certainly knows what he's talking about. And high praise to Chris the delivery driver, not only was he exactly on time hes professional and very nice. Thank you guys for getting me out of my Waco esky.lol
