I had Seagate come out to inspect the roof on a property I was considering purchasing during my inspection period. The house had a new roof and the detached garage had a roof that was aged at about 15-20 years. I wanted both inspected, as even new roofs can have unforeseen issues and I wanted to have them review the quality of the work that was previously done. Steve at Seagate was prompt and responsive when setting up the appointment with me, and Keith - who ultimately completed the inspection - was early and very informative during the appointment. I asked a lot of questions, and Keith helped me better understand some of the smaller issues that would need correcting on the new roof, and what would need addressing in the future on the older garage roof. He also gave me rough estimates for the repairs and eventual replacement on the older roof so I could factor that into my estimated future costs of home ownership which eased my mind quite a bit. Grateful they offer this service, and looking forward to hiring them in the future!
My experience with Seagate has been excellent. First, They gave me a fair quote on the crawlsoace water abatement. Next, The team of men doing the work have been processional, polite, and ready to answer any questions I’ve had. These men have been prompt each day, consistent in their work and have worked well as a team. There is good communication between them and also with my husband and I. The work is exactly as stated in the contract, I highly recommend this company .
Best basement repair in NW Ohio! Steve gave a fair estimate, his crew was amazing. Hard working; very professional and knowledgeable. Finished product was great. They cleaned up and left everything perfect!
Seagate did our roof, siding and gutters after our house was hit by the tornado in June of 2023. We were very impressed with the whole process from the initial meeting , the estimate, the workmanship , attention to detail. Everyone involved was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.
