Reliable, fast and friendly service. Repaired three wheels with curb rash. Friendly and communicative customer service. An appointment was scheduled within 5 days. The repair was completed much faster than their estimate (12 to 4 PM). A great price, far below the average rate. The shop owner explained his repair process that will extend the longevity of the wheels. When I inquired about my car not receiving their complementary wash, the owner offered a wash, but advised against it due to fresh paint. He recommended waiting 2 days. I highly recommend Seattle Auto Pro. They accept walk-ins, so there’s no need to schedule an appointment. I came in after a minor accident (rear bumper damage on my 2023 Honda HR-V). They took photos and sent me a detailed estimate within a few hours. From what I could tell, the pricing was fair compared to other shops. They were also very responsive - quick to answer both emails and phone calls. Once the parts arrived, they called me in, and the repair was completed in just a few days. As a nice touch, they even cleaned the exterior and vacuumed the interior of my car. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs!
I damaged part of my fender on concrete, leaving some bad scrapes and paint loss. Got it fixed here and am very satisfied. These guys are professionals and do an amazing job and are also very well priced compared to a lot of other places. Not even a hint of damage left, and looks good as new! Thanks!
