I did my knowledge test, driving lessons, and driving skill test with Seattle Driving Academy. John is a great instructor! He's friendly, patient, and gave detailed feedback and advice during my driving lessons. I always felt comfortable and safe because he maintained a calm atmosphere. He's also encouraging and it helped to build my confidence. I didn't feel judged or stressed throughout any of my instruction time or during my road test. Thank you so much John!
I can’t recommend Lalu highly enough. He’s truly an outstanding driving instructor! From the very first lesson, Lalu’s extensive experience and deep knowledge of driving were evident. He’s been teaching for many years, and his professionalism shines through in every session. What sets him apart is his incredible patience and ability to put nervous students completely at ease. I started as a very anxious driver, but Lalu’s calm approach and constant use of positive reinforcement helped me build confidence quickly. He gives clear, concise instructions during lessons and always provides balanced feedback afterward highlighting what went well and gently pointing out areas for improvement in a constructive way that never feels discouraging. We practiced everything from quiet neighborhood driving to busy city streets and highway driving, ensuring I was fully prepared for all situations. Thanks to his excellent guidance, I passed my driving test on the first attempt! If you’re looking for a supportive, skilled instructor, choose Lalu he is the perfect choice. Taking lessons with him was one of the best decisions I made; Five stars!
John is amazing, and he can always help my calm down under any road conditions. He taught me great driving skills that can be used in real life like reference point and more. Under his guidance, I felt less anxious and able to pass the test I’ve tried other instructors, and I would say John is the best. Highly recommended !
I had a great experience with Seattle Driving School, especially thanks to John, my examiner. He’s genuinely a kind and understanding person, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. His calm personality and clear explanations helped me feel comfortable and confident during the test, for which I was initially very nervous. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Seattle Driving School — and if you can, ask for John. He makes the experience smooth and reassuring.
I took my knowledge test, driving lessons, and driving test here. My instructor, John, was super chill, friendly, and patient — he really helped calm my nerves. I had never driven before, so during my first few lessons I got quite a few honks (like, quite a bit 😅), but he stayed completely calm, never lost patience, and guided me through everything. He helped me build confidence, trust my instincts, and shared great reference points that made driving feel so much easier — and taught how to add personalized ones for any car. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who’s nervous, anxious, or learning to drive for the first time!
