I am not sure what more I could ask. I got a special thru home depot for basically a free Tune up. Daniel and Arthur came out and checked out both my furnace and heat pump. They didn't mind me hanging around to learn. They showed me how to do little maintenance things. They changed my thermostat so my heat pump will work at lower temps (a request the heat pump installer has failed to do for me).
Serge's customer service is 10/10. Excellent installation of our HVAC unit & duct cleaning, responsiveness, and an efficient team. Made this stressful task a breeze. Would recommend 100%.
Wonderful shop, recommend most highly! The price was great; I asked for a quote for air conditioning and got a quote for a heat pump (ac + heat) that was less than I was told to expect for AC! Everyone I've told is astonished at the price. And fast! I said let's go on Thursday, and Tuesday after work I walked into a cool house! And there was a slight issue, didn't affect that it cooled. I called at 8am and Serge had his team there before 9, no extra charge. You won't go wrong with Serge and his team.
From the beginning when Serge came out to our home to give an estimate for a new furnace, to the installation by Viktor and Kyrylo, everything went smoothly. The office personal were also pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend this company.
I had an existing gas furnace replaced with an LG heat pump and indoor air handler. Installation was fast and clean. The heat pump and handler work great. Major problems developed with LG's new thermostat, the PremTA200. It turned out no one, including LG regional tech support, knew how to program it correctly. Following winter thermostat would not initiate auxiliary heating, with temperatures in the 30s the heat pump couldn't keep up and house temperature slowly went down during the night. Called for help and the dealer ghosted me.
