From the moment I stepped into the reception area I was made to feel relaxed and welcome by the receptionist. I was shown into a beautiful room where I could sit in a massage chair and watch Netflix whilst I waited for Dr Naqvi. Dr Naqvi instantly put me at ease and explained everything about the procedure. He was very gentle and spoke me through the treatment. From start to finish I have absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend Secret Aesthetics.
I had treatment with Dr Rabi today. He was amazing. He really listened to all my concerns and provided the best advice and reassured me. He advised the best treatments and completed this upon precision. He his work and results were truly satisfactory. He took his time and talked me through everything he was doing step by step and this really calmed me. I will definitely be returning to him.
I have had a wonderful experience receiving treatment for my skin concerns. Akila has provided truly exceptional customer service — she is incredibly empathetic, warm, and made me feel very comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout my treatment so far. Her knowledge, kindness, and positive energy really stands out, and I have felt confident and supported every step of the way. She is an absolute asset to the business and someone I would highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment. A big thank you to Verity for her prompt support, with addressing a very minor issue I had flagged, this was also greatly appreciated. Absolutely amazing to see the pride you take in the service you offer your customers and how you ensure your customers are your number one priority. I attended today for a consult with Dr Zoya- booked this weeks ago so couldnt remember what i had actually booked lol but luckily Dr Zoya did a thorough consult so it didnt really matter! She was so lovely and welcoming- and super straight talking- like …no ifs or buts …she just said it how it is- which is so refreshing ! She took background details , spoke about my lifestyle / skin routines etc and made recommendation on how to tackle the areas that bothered me about my skin. There was no hard sell or pressure to do anything - which again was so reassuring. I did end up having a treatment as i felt comfortable and informed enough to do so. I look forward to recieving the breakdown of options and products discussed so i can start my skincare journey with the clinic. Aside from Dr Zoya being fabulous- the clinic itself is so nice! Modern, clean and private- what more couod anyone ask for!. Super friendly staff and the place is really easy to find in harvey nics right at the back. They also validate your parking which is a bonus. Would definately recommend to anyone considering taking the leap into learning more about thier skin and treatments available to address any problems areas. Thanks again and i look forward to returning soon! My cats also looking into sorting our her frown lines 😂
The best Aesthetic clinic in Birmingham that anyone can trust with their skin for sure!!! I have had polynucleotides and Botox done a good few times now with Dr Taran, and let me tell you that she’s the most experienced Aesthetician I have ever met (and I have been to a good few Aesthetic clinics in the past.) Dr Taran not only very experienced and knows exectly what she’s doing, but she’s also very very friendly. My pain tolerance isn’t very good, and Dr Taran always making sure that I’m super comfortable. Not rushing the treatment, instead she’s encouraging me to take as many breaks as I want if I need to, and she’s taking her time to make sure the treatment done perfectly. Very calming and relaxing personality and the only person I trust with my skin. Also the results of the treatments is amazing. I had 4 polynucleotides in total done and I never had any bruising after each treatment. My skin started glowing even after just the first treatment. I had so many compliments from everyone I meet and I tell everyone the answer is Secret Aesthetics.
