If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From start to finish, working with Chris Seelenbacher was an incredible experience. We went in to have our wedding bands made, and not only did he deliver, but he truly exceeded our expectations. Before finding Chris, we had visited many other jewelers but just didn’t connect with any of the styles. The moment we sat down with him, everything changed—he listened carefully, shared ideas, and helped bring our vision to life in a way no one else had. What stood out most was how we were treated—not just as customers, but as friends. Chris took the time to guide us through every step and made us feel completely comfortable. The attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into our rings is absolutely stunning. Each band feels so personal and one of a kind, we love them! I also did my homework beforehand and compared prices at other places, and I can honestly say Chris offers very fair and reasonable pricing for the quality of work and service provided. It’s rare to find someone who balances artistry, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers so perfectly. We are beyond thrilled with our wedding rings and so grateful we found Chris Seelenbacher. Just went in there to get my husband’s ring resized and they got it done immediately since we were short on time. The customer experience is STERLING to say the least and I found both the products and services to be, quite literally, gold!
Their customer service is second to none! I went there to get my watchband resized. The lady there was super nice and assisted me promptly. When I asked her: “How much do I owe you?” she said: “It’s on the house”. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend using their services!!!!
It’s not everyday that you meet really cool people and meeting Chris at his store was a true pleasure. I needed a set of springbars for my watch and he meticulously inspected the lugs of the watch and looked for the best springbars available. He treated the whole thing so professionally and with so much attention to detail. After he handed me over my watch with the new springbars, I asked how much it cost. He smiled and said it was no trouble. I insisted but he said it was really nothing. This type of gesture deserves a great deal of positive karma and good luck that I truly wish comes Chris’ way in abundance. I know I’ll think of him and his store when I need to buy my wife some jewelry for sure. I hope you consider his store seriously when shopping for jewelry too.
