⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Seito Sushi. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We enjoyed an outstanding Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, perfectly cooked gyoza, the delicious Makimono Sweet Heart, and a Yuzu Lime Tart that was the perfect ending to the night. A special thank you to our friend Marilis, who made sure every detail of our experience was perfect, and to our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The atmosphere is spectacular—stylish, dynamic, and full of class, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. We highly recommend Seito Sushi and look forward to coming back soon!
We have been coming here for years now, and it is still our favorite sushi spot in Orlando. You need to try the spicy tuna crispy rice! We also love the Hokkaido and Bench Press rolls. Corona roll if you like fresh/salsa topped. The nigiri is second to none, we always go for salmon and chutoro or otoro. Naomi the manager was incredibly personable and made wonderful recommendations while our Seattle family was visiting. For dessert, the yuzu tart and ube cheesecake were phenomenal!
I haven’t came here in over 10 years but I recently came on a Friday night around 5:30 for dinner & happy hour. Jay was our server and she was great. The manager Naomi was also super attentive. The food was delicious but the service provided took the experience to the next level. Pictured is the bench press and lychee cocktail in the background along with some nigiri which were all delicious. The highlight of our meal was definitely the seabass ochozuke. It was definitely worth the wait and such a delight to cap off our meal. I will definitely be back
Incredible sushi and even better service! This place is stunning! The decor is to die for. We sat in the back room with velvet drapes, cherry blossoms overhead, and the perfect cozy vibe. Our server Min made the night! He was so knowledgeable, shared fun facts, and his recommendations were spot on. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, especially the ube cheesecake!
The decoration is beautiful, but as a restaurant, you shouldn’t rely on decoration to attract clients—you really need to focus on the food quality. I ordered the yakisoba and the pork bun, but both were very disappointing. The pork bun was overly sweet, and the pork tasted like it had been marinated for 10 months—it was super hard, more like eating ham than fresh, tender pork. For a sushi restaurant, I expected freshness and quality. Instead, shortly after eating, I had to keep going to the restroom with diarrhea. As soon as I stopped eating, the issue went away, so it was definitely the food. This has never happened to me at any other Japanese restaurant in Orlando. On top of that, they claimed the soy sauce was low sodium, but it tasted like regular soy sauce watered down. I could clearly taste the difference—it made me even more thirsty. It feels like they diluted it to cut costs, since true low-sodium soy sauce is more expensive. The food did not taste fresh, the quality was poor, and it’s unacceptable for a sushi restaurant. Shame on them.
