Service went above and beyond expectations. Dak arrived early! Educated us on current state of our furnace and what to repairs to expect in the future. Happy to have a membership with this team. Thanks so much to Dak and Nick for saving us ahead of this winter storm. We are so grateful!!
10/28/25: Dak performed excellent service for maintenance on my HVAC to ensure that I would be ready for the fall/winter season coming up. He was courteous and informative and showed his expertise with my system and my concerns. 12/4/25: Nick has been to my house three different times now for two separate issues. First, my furnace stopped working, and he did a thorough diagnostic check to find the issue and repair it. Two days later, my water heater started leaking, and he came out and set me up for a replacement in no time. Nick is very professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant in his service.
Initially a great experience. Technician came and charged my system with freon, then set up an appointment the following day to further inspect the system. The technician never showed up and the company is trying to charge me for his time. Thankfully due to Blink cameras his absence was proven. Bad on the company and bad on the technician for trying to squeeze out an extra $99. Also, bad on the technician for wasting my time while waiting an entire afternoon for him to show up and leave me hanging. Overall very poor experience which is the reason for the rating.
Called Service Experts for maintenance check on our AC unit. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Receptionists were polite and very helpful. Matt Taylor arrived on time and was super polite. My dog didn’t even bark at him. He showed us how he did his service with pictures. He clearly explained options of the member plan which is a good savings if you are looking to have annual AC and furnace check.
Late Friday, my home's original AC stopped working. Within 24 hours I have a professionally installed new system in no small part to the hard work of Ramon and David on a very hot day. It was not a low cost purchase but I was charged a fair price with affordable short term financing. Only showing photo of outside work but the hottest part had to be the attic work.
