I was met with kind people. I am here for the Fort Worth Stock Show and my batteries were dead in my truck this morning. I found my way here and am extremely blessed that I did. They guys took care of my truck issues and were very knowledgeable. They showed me kindness in a situation where I was very upset (and in an unfamiliar town, and a very stressful situation).
Service Plus Replaced my water pump and they did a great job. They got the job done right and fast and kept me updated along the way. Really impressed with their attention to detail.
I always come here. They are great people. Very Knowledgeable and professionals. Inspections are quick and straight to the point. They won't try to charge you for anything extra unlike other places that take the opportunity to go all over your car to see how the can make extra money with your car. 100% recommend.
They were great at first for all of my smaller work I needed done on my Mercedes. Recently I had them “fix” a suspension problem that my car was making only to find out they did NOT indeed fix anything actually made it worse. My front springs of my GLB 250 were put in completely wrong which caused and oil leak. They never fixed my original problem my car was brought in for. I paid over two thousand dollars for the “repair” when they didn’t even correct my cars problem. They made it worse! After taking my car to Mercedes Benz for services after Service Plus MB informed me (with pictures) that my parts were put on wrong and also caused an oil leak. Now I am having to come out of an additional five thousand dollars to have my car repaired the correct way and order new parts for the ones they damaged. BE CAREFUL if you have any type of luxury car/ German engine. I believe this shop is great for American cars but that’s it. They charged me for labor and parts and didn’t even fix my issue. I’m a single mom on a fixed income & this is very disheartening to me how could someone just throw parts on a car, charge them and then just call it a day
I normally bring my cars here for annual inspections and do my own oil changes, but stopped here this week in the interest of time. I paid nearly $110 for an oil change with Mobil1! This was shocking since I normally spend around half that when buying my own. Maybe it’s cheaper with their standard oils? Also, my washer fluid was empty and I didn’t realize they would top it off, but I have no idea what nastiness this is they put in there. I have never seen anything like this before when going to add fluid and don’t even know where to begin. At least it’s still full and I can say it’s not the container! Maybe they were pissed I didn’t want to pay them another $50 to chance my air filter? And on that note, I went to change it and the cabin air filter and discovered the T-20 bolt that secures the cabin filter is missing. Since they didn’t tell me it was missing I am going to assume they “forgot” to put it back in place. I am very disappointed because I always liked coming here for inspections.
