I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at SEV Laser – Roseville, CA, especially given the amount of money I invested and the brand’s reputation. I purchased a full-body laser hair removal package along with a six-month SkinPen microneedling membership. I had two appointments scheduled for December 20th—one for microneedling and one for laser hair removal. Unfortunately, both appointments were canceled on the same day. I was told that: Management failed to order the correct microneedling kit, and A call center employee booked my laser appointment in the wrong treatment room. As a result, I had already taken two days off work, which were completely wasted. To make matters worse, my treatments were delayed by over a month because no appointments were available for the rest of December. I was initially offered 20% off my treatments as compensation, which I accepted. However, this offer was later not honored. Instead, I was offered: One complimentary microneedling session, and A 20% discount on only 1/8 of my laser package, which was never what was originally promised. I worked with Hannah Harris (Manager at the Roseville location) and later escalated the issue to Ariel Spears (Customer Relations Manager). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this fairly, the situation was not handled well. My proposal for a reasonable alternative compensation was refused. Eventually, I was forced to request a refund, and instead of correcting their mistakes or honoring their commitment, the entire package was refunded. While I received my money back, the experience left a very negative impression. This location clearly struggles with: Inventory management Proper staff training for scheduling Honoring commitments made to customers I expected much better from SEV Laser. Unfortunately, this experience damaged my trust in the Roseville location and the brand overall.
Horrible customer service. I’ve booked her many times in the past for laser, I’ve never had this horrible of experience with booking and communication. I booked over 3 weeks in advanced. I had an automated text confirming all my information the day prior, I’ve waited to over a month for this appointment to then say if I don’t have an exact date for the last time I plucked my hair then they would need to cancel. Mind you this is 24 hrs prior to an appointment I’ve had booked for over 3 weeks, have let my hair grow for over a month now, and the office had all this info in their system dec 1. Extremely unprofessional. I called to speak to the office and was told they were in lunch at 2:20pm. I called back and spoke to someone in office and said they get back to me. I explained what had occurred and he called my a few hours later saying we need an exact date for when I last plucked. I never went through this process before when I was there, I never had these questions asked, or had this issue any time I came in. Needless to say unprofessional, not courteous, and I do not believe they did a good job on my previous laser treatments. I thought I’d Give them another try since I’ve had laser done here before. I would not recommend.
I’ve done an 8 session package here before and it was ok…. Not fully gone so I was gifted a gift certificate for my birthday to come here again….the first time I felt I was a little ripped off with pricing and they had me buy a full face laser hair removal when I didn’t really need the full face, so I’ve been trying and trying to call and reach someone here to talk about my options before I just purchase another package and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get someone from this location on the phone. You call and they immediately send you to a call center in another country, I ask to speak to someone at the Roseville location and they attempt to transfer my call but always say “oh looks like they aren’t answering the phones right now, MAYBE someone will give you a call back” maybe?! I’ve tried several times and this happens every time. I will just have to go into this location but I live about 2 hours away so it’s a big inconvenience…why even have a local phone number if your employees refuse to answer it???? The employees/technicians have been ok nothing special and some of them seem more experienced or confident than others. You never get the same person each time so you have to be careful and pay attention and make sure the person is going over the correct locations
I went to SEV Laser for bottom leg hair removal and completed six sessions. The staff was very nice and professional, and the place was always super clean, which I appreciated. However, I’m disappointed with the results — my hair is not fully removed. Some areas might be a bit thinner or have less hair, but overall, it’s still very noticeable. They’re always super busy, so maybe the treatments felt a bit rushed. I expected better results, especially since it was advertised as hair removal. Rola H.
