I loved the experience of this, was fun and therapeutic, easy to follow. I went to collect mine and my friends items 5 weeks later and was disappointed to find that my item was not glazed properly, and felt rough and unfinished. My friends was glazed nicely and had a great shine to it. When I asked one of the staff why this occurred, she said it didn’t matter and it would still be water proof, however it didn’t meet my expectations. At the end of the day you pay $50-60 for this one item you make and it should be finished to a high quality. The colours of the paints were also very disappointing after firing, they didn’t turn out vibrant and were very dull and exactly like they were painted on, unsure if the paint was old or of a cheaper quality. Overall the experience was fun but I wouldn’t return.
I had a lovely class this past weekend! Cute space and friendly instructor. Excited to pick up my finished piece in a couple of weeks.
Had a great experience, Lisa was lovely and made us feel so welcomed and supported. Truly a great experience.
We did a couples wheel throwing pottery class with caitlin and really enjoyed it. we even got to paint our creations. Caitlin was very helpful and patient
Great class, managed to make 2 pieces, so much fun can’t wait to come back ☺️
