What an amazing experience!!! If I could put more stars I would! I worked with Dylan and can I saw wow! I felt like Julia Robert’s from pretty woman when she goes shopping. He came with so many options and so much knowledge. We went to other places and worked with other folks from other jewelers- nothing has come close to our experience at shaneco. Zack was also so amazing when we picked up my ring! Customers for life!
1. Shane Co absolutely delivers when it comes to custom orders. 2. You need a sales associate… Lauren R is your girl. Long story short, my engagement ring was from a company that went out of business. So it was really hard for us to find the matching wedding band. Enter Shane Co. We met Lauren and we looked through wedding bands and she helped us find one that we liked and we submitted some questions to the design team about getting a custom band for my ring. Hence, why you see the beautiful sapphire bands in the photos. It worked great for me… but sadly… we really fell in love with a ring for my now husband as well, but unfortunately, it was out of stock and Lauren very much tried to find it and couldn’t. We found a replacement. But we’re still disappointed we couldn’t get the original ring. Lauren never stopped looking and trying to help me find a band. Going as far as sending me new incoming men’s rings as they came in hoping to help me find one. Come some 6 months later, and they restocked, she went ahead and ordered one to the store for my husband and called me and I was able to go get it. She never stopped looking and trying to ensure we had nothing but thee most amazing experience through and through… and now we both have amazing Shane Co rings together that both have some blue 🥰 I am beyond grateful for the customer service, the smiles the kindness and the love I’ve been shown. Normal people don’t go out of their way to help others…. But Lauren did…. And she is amazing. Trust me. You won’t regret having her help you at this location… and I would honestly go so far as to recommend that other people travel the distance to come to this location just for her. If customer service and having a good experience is what you’re looking for then this is the spot and she is your girl! Thank you Shane Co! Thank you Lauren R! My husband gave me an anniversary upgrade to my wedding band over 15 years ago from The Shane Company. I recently noticed one of the diamonds in the band was missing, so we took it to Shane to have it replaced. To my delight, the ring returned to me looking brand new; they restored the actual band, polished it to perfection, and replaced the missing diamond. I was so glad to have it back, and it looks brand new! Amazing customer service. We will always come to the Shane Company for any jewelry needs. I highly recommend them!
