Maria was extremely knowledgeable and quick. Was in and out in 20 min with a gorgeous cross necklace which was exactly what I was looking for. She tried to stay within my price range and never made me feel pressured to get me to pay way more than I wanted to spend. Plus the deals they have with warranty and upgrades later were also amazing.
David Isgrigg was incredibly helpful and patient, he listened to all our needs and provided amazing service. Thanks to him, I was able to commit to a purchase I know I will always be happy with. I highly recommend seeking his services!
I’ve never had to go into a jewelry store to choose a ring, and ngl was quite nervous. Originally thought this was going to be just the first jewelry store out of a list to visit, but ended up being the only one we needed to walk into. From the moment we entered till we left we were welcomed with friendly service and well-informed consultants. David and Lexi quickly understood what we were looking for and offered beautiful options that met our expectations and were also affordable. Both my boyfriend and I were very pleased with the experience offered by Shane Co and would definitely recommend.
Poor customer service. I walked in and asked to have a ring I bought at Shane co 10+ years ago cleaned. They couldn’t pull the ring up with my phone number so they asked for another it could be under. Even after explaining I’m ex-military and had too many to go through she maintained that she had to check it in, I assume that meant finding the purchase? I declined and appreciate them showing that they don’t value customers and that the 5k eternity band we were planning on spending is better spent elsewhere. I don’t understand when they have a potentially captive audience why they want to make it difficult to spend money.
We purchased an engagement ring here today and Maria was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I said and made amazing suggestions, recommendations, and answered all of our questions. I am blown away and so grateful for the amazing service that we received. If you go here for any reason, ask for Maria!!! All other staff members that we interacted with were also very kind and attentive. You can’t go wrong coming here. The store itself had a wide variety of options and styles as well. 10/10!!
