I’m very pleased with the service received. From responsiveness to my initial inquiry, to communication throughout, and the care which team member Itty took for the condo move out cleaning, I’ll be glad to refer other clients to your company.
First time using your service and I had an amazing team to come to my home Michele And Kimberly did an awesome job and I look forward to seeing them within the next couple of weeks once again
Kimberley and Michele came to our house today and did an incredible job. They scrubbed our house top to bottom. Highly recommend. Will definitely reserve for the next appointment. Thank you. Graham and Katherine.
Eyal, your review is not only misleading but also unfair. Unfortunately i can’t respond under your review. This job was booked in September and completed on September 27—almost a month before you decided to post this review. From the start, the booking was listed as a regular move-in/move-out cleaning, not a post-renovation or post-construction job. You never disclosed that the entire house had been sandpapered and repainted, leaving thick layers of paint dust, plaster (POP) filling, and debris on the floors and walls. That’s not household dust — that’s construction residue, and you knew it. I arrived before the scheduled 8:30 a.m. and was shown around by one of your workers, who was visibly surprised at the condition of the property. The kitchen alone had heavy grease buildup inside and outside the cabinets, sticky residue on the walls, and thick dirt on the tiles. I immediately texted Shine Cleaning to report that this was a post-construction job, but no one replied right away, so I went ahead and got to work. Let’s talk about “equipment.” Shine Cleaning does not use industrial vacuums or steam mops for residential work — that was never part of your booking. I use a household vacuum recommended by the company, which performs efficiently for standard cleaning. Your claim that I “pushed dust into corners” is completely false. Those weren’t dust piles — they were paint and plaster residue stuck to the floor edges, which no regular mop or vacuum could remove without specialized construction tools. You also mentioned I came with “one cloth.” That’s simply ridiculous. No professional cleaner uses a single cloth for an entire property. I used multiple microfiber cloths, detergents, and mops — all my own supplies. My Dawn detergent went from half full to empty during that job, proof of the amount of work that went in. Your wife, who was actually polite, confirmed she expected “industrial tools.” I explained clearly that Shine Cleaning doesn’t use them unless provided by the client. I worked continuously for eight hours, cleaning every reachable area — including the fridge, which was in an extremely foul state. If you were truly unhappy with the service, you could have reached out immediately after the cleaning, not nearly a month later. Posting a review long after the fact, using my name publicly, shows clear bad intent. Mentioning a cleaner’s name in a negative post is disrespectful and unprofessional. Next time, be honest about the true condition of your property. Don’t book a basic move-out cleaning, hide the fact that the house just went through sanding and painting, and then complain that you didn’t get “industrial cleaning.” That’s not how professional reviews work — and certainly not how integrity works.
Without any doubt, the tenant left the house in very poor condition, which is why I contacted a professional cleaning company. There was also significant dust on the floors from painting four rooms upstairs. I was shocked by the poor equipment Marian arrived with. Despite her hard work throughout the day, it was impossible for her to achieve the required cleaning. An industrial vacuum cleaner could have easily handled the dust, yet she came with a small plastic vacuum that wasn’t even used. Instead, she pushed the dust into corners with a wet mop. The mop, clearly from a dollar store, was used across the house, leaving streaks on the floors and a bad smell in the air. She had only one cloth, no scrubbing tools, no bleach, no paper towels—nothing you would expect from a professional cleaner. As a result, many areas were left untouched: bathroom tiles, behind the fridge, the downstairs shower, light switches, windows, and more. The outcome was far from what one would expect when hiring a professional company. Please review the attached pictures and see for yourself.
