If you don’t want to bleed out during your appointment don’t go here! I had a really upsetting experience at this salon. During my manicure, my cuticle was cut far too deeply, causing my finger to bleed continuously for around 10 minutes. This wasn’t a small nick — it was significant bleeding that wouldn’t stop. What concerned me most was the hygiene and safety response. The tool that caused the cut was put back away with its original cap, and I was not reassured that it was properly cleaned or sterilised after drawing blood. The staff repeatedly applied alcohol or a mending solution because the bleeding wouldn’t stop, and at one point used a blood-soaked paper towel to try to control it, which felt extremely unhygienic and unsafe. Despite this being a clear injury and health risk, I was not offered a full refund. Instead, I was given a lousy £15 discount, which does not reflect the seriousness of the situation or the distress caused. I left worried about infection and shocked by how casually the situation was handled. I would strongly caution others, especially anyone concerned about hygiene and proper safety standards, before booking here.
Ruined my toe.. The staff are nice and I think they try but it was the worst spa pedicure I’ve ever had the woman didn’t remove any dead skin just brushed the tool over my foot and the polish on my toes was such awful application, see the first 3 pics I took after I left I can’t believe they would do that and let me walk out like that, to top it off when I removed the polish a couple of weeks later my nail and skin was dark green underneath so my nails ruined.. also added a pic of the hands which I wanted to be white cateye and got silver glitter, the nails were so wide and unbelievably thick, way too big for my fingers and just overall ugly, I went somewhere else 2 days later for new nails.
My daughter and I were very last minute on a Sunday and we were welcomed in to sit together. Both of us wanted intricate designs and the technicians were brilliant. We are both very happy with our nails, and also the lovely service. Will be back 💅

I started going to shine my nails salon a few months ago and the sets I have had are just beautiful. The staff are amazing and they do exactly what you are looking for. The attention to detail is fantastic and always on point! I always leave super happy and can’t stop taking photos of my nails. Favourite place ever!!!
