We have the Sierra Air Membership program which has great benefits, including the furnace & A/C tune-up and cleaning, which we just had done. All the technicians have been great (Hayden, Jose etc). Sierra Air also installed our new system, and did a great job! We know we can count on Sierra Air! Thank You!
We are members of Sierra Air’s maintenance program for our home HVAC and they’ve always done an excellent job. We recently discovered they also provide plumbing services and called them to fix a broken faucet in one of our bathrooms. Chase from Sierra Air arrived on-time and was extremely courteous and professional and did an amazingly quick repair job. We have been and continue to be very, very happy with the service we receive from Sierra Air. I highly recommend them!
Chris Godwin, from Sierra Air was the service technician who was scheduled to service my furnace. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Cory was also available nearby to come and assess the need for new duct work. He also was excellent, explaining my options. New duct work will be installed tomorrow!
I am so happy with Sierra Air! I had to get a new HVAC system last year and solicited four bids. Sierra Air was the best all around and I am so happy I chose them. I just had my one-year service with Tim and he was so helpful in making a few adjustments. I have worked with several service people from Sierra Air and they have all been beyond excellent. If you need a new HVAC system, call and ask for Frank - he was wonderful in helping me get the right system at a decent price point. I never felt that he was overselling more expensive options. Trust is key for me - Sierra Air has exceeded my threshold.
Kaden is awesome. He is always friendly, on time, and efficient. I love that he always comes in and checks in to let me know when he arrives, goes over his findings and recommendations in person with pictures to back up what he found, and then checks back in with me before he leaves. He also makes sure he remembers previous repair or maintenance history and checks and makes sure that any previous issues/repairs are resolved. The team here at Truckee Meadows Veterinary Hospital appreciate you and your team. Thank you for always making us feel like our needs are a priority to you.
