I have been there twice in the past month aside from this interaction which would be my third time. The first two times were very nice. They pay attention to detail and we’re very friendly. I got a tire sponge a dash wipe and a towel the first two times the third time, was a bust. I didn’t get the towel the tire brush or the dash wipe. But that’s fine that’s beside the point the last two times I’ve come I’ve noticed this little old lady who always looks so annoyed with her life, but I’ve been lucky enough to not have had to deal with her until Today. She automatically gave me a stink face told me to pull in, and couldn’t open my trunk so I offered to open it for her. She said yes, mugged me and walked away. My tires are not clean. They’re still dusty my dash dusty my steering wheel had cookie remnant on it from my 10 month old playing on my steering wheel very obvious and she didn’t wipe it down. I am just so upset that I paid $40 to have to clean my own interior. After the fact I’m very upset. I will not be going back to this location. i’m posting pictures of the towel from just my steering wheel disgusting, I don’t come and pay $40 to leave feeling like my car looks the same way I did when I got there aside from the car wash. I’m very upset. I wish I could get a refund, but I’m not gonna go over there and waste my time.
I typically go to the one on Longly and Mc Carren, but it is temporarily closed. I asked for my bag and air freshener as I always do, and I was told about more perks of my subscription. I was told that I get a 30% discount on car details, and a free monthly full service detail. Maria and Christian explained how everything worked and I am super appreciative of them.
Don’t even bother. I should have learned my lesson. They are inconsistent, no attention to detail and just trying to get you out of there. I though it was dependent on location. Nope, it’s the company. Disappointed multiple times at all locations. I pay for the full interior detail with amoral products( I even have a lengthy discussion with the clearly when paying to go through what is included) and tip after. Every time it doesn’t look like they did anything. Apparently the most expensive interior wash doesn’t include the trunk, vacuuming or using any amoral products at all. Water spots and dirt included for free. I always have to finish the detailing on my own. Waste of time and money.
I waited over an hour for my ford fiesta to be finished while everyone with an Audi, Lexus, Jeep, etc were driving off in 10-15 minutes and to top it off my car was still dirty! Never been more disgusted with an establishment in my life!!!
Just got the exterior wash for $14. Wash was fine and then I waited almost 25 minutes for them to wipe the outside of the car and clean the tires. Would have taken 3 minutes. Instead, they gave priority to the full service watches that kept coming through while I kept waiting. I left without them wiping the car despite paying the full price. Many spots in the car are still dirty. They didn't look particularly understaffed, they just didn't prioritize. Now there's water spots everywhere, almost seems dirtier than when I got here . Probably won't be coming here again. Been coming here for years.
