We had such a wonderful experience at Signature Bridal! Jaimie was absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in. She encouraged our group to interact and celebrate with the bride, which made the appointment feel so special and fun. She really listened to what our bride liked and didn’t like and helped us choose dresses based on thoughtful pros and cons. We had an amazing time and could not be happier with the level of service and care. Highly recommend Signature Bridal, and especially Jaimie!
I had a very bad experience today with Signature Bridal. I recently purchased my dress back in August from their sister store Bestow Bridal and had a great experience. I went in today to pick up my Veil and from the minute I walked in felt a bad vibe and both clerks at the front desk kept giving me awkward looks. The clerk who was helping me, which I didn’t get her name brought my veil out to me. It was in a clear bag. I asked if there was a bag that wasn’t clear that I could put it in since my fiancé was in the car and I didn’t want him to see it. She then kept texting someone which I’m assuming was her manager and stated that she could let me purchase a bridal bag for $15.00 which I was fine with. She said it would be a white dress bag. She continued to text and then gave me a paper bag and charged me $15.00 which is insane! After spending thousands of dollars for my dress and veil, you would think this paper bag would be at no charge. I will not be recommending Signature bridal to anyone.
Signature Bridal provided such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The boutique is elegant, welcoming, and filled with beautiful selections. A special thank-you to Keira, who went above and beyond to make the appointment unforgettable. She was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect dress. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Signature Bridal and Keira to anyone searching for the dress … you’ll be in the best hands!

Jamie was a true delight, patient, attentive and totally understood the assignment on my vision as a bride. The owner was also flexible and worked with us to ensure we had a 5 star experience. As a smaller frame/body type there were many options that I could try that didn't require all the clips. I found a perfect one of a kind gown, which also was important to me. I definitely recommend you visit this place to find a beautiful wedding dress for your special day.
