Dr Carmelo Diaz has always been very pleasant and kind to both of my kids. The office is also pleasant and I appreciate the receptionist being kind and is very knowledgeable.
Doctor Misty was amazing! Top notch very professional and through! I had MOH surgery and I have no complaints. Great personality and caring as well! The staff was awesome as well, from the receptionist to the assistants helping the Doctor! Highly recommend!
I was there for the first time today, for an appointment for my son. Easy to find the place. Once there, the ladies at the front desk were helpful and we didn't have to wait too long. The doctor and nurse were also very helpful.
Beautiful lobby, kind, efficient staff. Great doctor. Alan Lien is very personable, friendly, thorough and communicates clearly what is to be expected. He took the time to look at photos I had taken myself of the issue. I really appreciate your patience with your patients! Thank you.
I have an hour drive to keep any appointments in Bakersfield and I do my absolute best to be early or on-time. I was greeted with friendly and professional staff at check in. Waited no more than 5 minutes before another staff guided me to a room. Once in the room she asked me if I needed anything or if I had any questions. I did not, but I thought the gesture was kind and hospitable. Less than 5 minutes, the doctor came in and explained what he wanted to do and asked me if I was alright with the plan. I thought to myself...how empowering to enlist the patient buy-in and affording a patient the freedom of choice. Very comfortable and exceptional training in first contact medical care.
