Just had an amazing experience here, I am a regular at getting treatments and procedures but decided to try Skin Angel. My facial by Dani was so soothing and 10/10. Also, I started getting laser hair removal and THIS IS the best price in town by hundreds, yes I did call every single other place in town doing due diligence. Couldn’t recommend this place more & already having friends who are going to start coming here.
I was very skeptical because I've never had a facial by a licensed Esthetician but I found Skin Angel on Groupon so I thought I'd give it a try in the vein of selfcare. I was very welcomed and I only wanted a 30 minute facial at 1st but once I met Dani and was informed me of what I could add on...I'm glad I upgraded to the 1 hour treatment! Dani was great and when I left my face and upper body felt awesome! She told me my current skin regimen was working for me and it wasn't a money grab for product or up-selling which impressed me even more lol. I bought what I wanted and scheduled my next appointment 6 weeks out. Skin Angel on Kempsville Rd and ask for Dani as your licensed Esthetician...I enjoyed it and will return. Thank you
I’ve been seeing Dani for a couple of visits now, and I can honestly say she’s the best! She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also truly passionate about what she does. Every visit feels relaxing and personalized,she takes the time to understand my skin and recommend what’s best for me. My skin has never looked or felt better! I really appreciate her kindness, attention to detail, and how much she genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants glowing, healthy skin and an amazing experience every time…. Thanks so very much ❤️
I had such a wonderful experience with Dani! Hands down the best service all around I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve gone to a lot of places! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The space was calming, clean, and beautifully set up—perfect for relaxing. The facial itself was amazing. Dani clearly knows her craft and took the time to tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. The products used felt luxurious, and I left with my skin glowing and feeling healthier than it has in a long time. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and professionalism throughout the whole experience. I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a client, but as a person. It was such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend Skin Angels to anyone looking for a high-quality facial in a relaxing and welcoming environment. This is definitely my new regular spot!
The service itself was fine, but I think there are a few tweaks my esthetician could have made to improve the experience. Firstly, she never even introduced herself so I don't know her name. She asked questions that were already on the extensive questionnaire they require you to complete before the appointment. During the micro dermabrasion service she should have noted the steps as she was doing them. For instance, *I'm applying a cleanser... and so on. Towards the end she used a tool to squeeze or pull blackheads or remove acne. OMG! 🤯 It would have been great to get a heads up on THAT! The questionnaire clearly indicated I'd never had this kind of service previously. At the end I was going to ask for skincare recommendations, but she finished the service, said I'll see you up at the front and quickly left; the only person up there was the receptionist to check me out. 😧 Service date: July 3rd 11 a.m.
