Heather has been my go to skin care specialist for over five years now. I got into skincare when i moved into Austin. I was struggling with cystic acne & had gone to a dermatologist to get on prescriptions to help with my acne… nothing worked for me but Skin parlor saved my life!! I am so confident with my skin. I cant thank Heather enough!
I am 47 and felt like my skin needed a reset. I had developed crows feet, deep lines on my forehead and some major 11s between my eyes. I consulted with Heather Mote, owner of Skin Parlor, who assured me that a little Botox and a facial would take years off my look. My first appointment was last Friday for Botox with Leigh. She was so patient and took the time to explain the whole process and promised that I would not look “too done”. After completing paperwork and a virtual visit with a Dr, she went to work. The whole thing was over in a few minutes and was relatively painless. Leigh stated it would take 2 weeks to see the full effect. Yesterday, one week after the Botox, I got an enzyme facial with Sophie. Sophie welcomed me into her cozy treatment room, explained the procedure and got me comfortable on her super comfy bed. She explained what I would feel during the 45 minutes it would take for the enzymes to work their magic bringing bloodflow to the surface of my skin. At the end of this 45 minutes the result was astonishing! She handed me a mirror and my face was covered in a spider web of veins hard at work delivering nutrients to my skin. The noticeable veins receded quickly and I am left with the most radiant skin with zero downtime! I can’t thank Heather, Sophie and Leigh enough for taking such amazing care of me! If you have ever felt reluctant about Botox and facials to get smooth, glowing, young skin- Trust Skin Parlor. I’m so happy I did and I know you will too!

She’s warm, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand what you’re hoping to achieve. Her approach is always thoughtful and precise, and the results are consistently natural and beautiful. When she moved to Skin Parlor, I didn’t think twice about following her. Leigh is someone I trust completely, and I always leave feeling confident and well cared for.
