I finally found the one I was looking for! The prieme hydrafacial was great and Grace is a star! The clinic itself is super relaxing and the staff is lovely , will defo come back 😍

OMG!!! Why haven’t I done this before? I have chosen full body laser hair removal and I honestly think this is something every woman should do! ( men also haha) I’ve had my first appointment 4 weeks ago. Today I’ve had my second appointment and i have already noticed the difference and the results so I am super super excited to see the end result. Grace is super amazing, so warm and welcoming, i highly recommend SkinQuarz.

I deeply regret ever trusting this clinic. From the way I was spoken to, to the overall customer experience, everything has been disappointing and disheartening. I initially purchased a 6-session package for two areas with the Candela machine - the reason I chose this clinic in the first place. However, on my 5th session, without informing me in advance, they switched me to the Soprano machine. When I expressed my concerns, I was told it was “not their problem” and I could simply leave the remaining sessions. They couldn’t give me a clear date for when the Candela would return, and when I asked about options if it never did, I was met with attitude, as though I was wrong for even raising the issue. That left me feeling that they had no regard for consistency, results, or client care. They had agreed before to move only 2 sessions from one area to the other, meaning I should have had 8 sessions in total for one area and only 2 sessions for the other. Instead, I only received 4 sessions with Candela and 1 with a different machine they switched me to without warning. Despite paying £450, I only received 4 true candela sessions for one area, and only 2 sessions for the other area, which feels unfair. Despite saying they’d let me know when Candela was back, they never did. I hadn’t even filled out forms for confirmation, yet they kept the appointment and then notified me about “missing” it. That level of disregard for clients is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, products they recommended for my acne-prone skin caused breakouts, there was no follow-up support, and my calls went unanswered for weeks until I chased for a refund. Overall, I feel it was money over care, with no real results and more skin issues.

I've been coming to Grace at Skin Quartz for around a year for laser hair removal on my face. I've been to many different clinics in Manchester over a number of years and had pretty bad experiences. When I came to Grace I was feeling at a loss about what to do with this hair growth and was getting to a point where it was a constant worry. From the moment I got in touch I was given such care and consideration, Grace took loads of time to listen to what had been going wrong for me in the past and this has carried through to our appointments where she checks in on how things have been every time we see each other. The level of attention and care I receive during appointments is incredible and mean that I leave feeling completely happy and confident in the treatment I have received which is massive given my past experiences. Laser hair removal is an investment and having tried cheaper alternatives I can say with absolute certainty you pay for what you get and it is worth investing in receiving from treatment from a clinic who invest in the best tech led by a professional like Grace whose level of knowledge will give you the best results and ultimately save you time and money in the long term. Grace knows a huge amount about laser hair removal and skin more broadly and her expertise and care as a practitioner have helped me achieve results I didn't think possible. I trust her massively and know that I am in the safest possible hands with her. For anyone who has similar issues to me be that because of PCOS, genetics or anything else who is at a loss - I couldn't recommend Grace and Skin Quartz more.

Not only do you get the most incredible results here, but you’re also met with the most kind hearted team! I’m currently having laser hair removal with Grace and I can’t recommend her enough. Any questions or concerns are always welcomed and answered with sensitivity.
