I have been a patient of Dr. Truitt for many years. She has performed multiple Mohs surgeries on me, all successful. Her new location is great, I have recommended the practice to friends and family. I'm very happy with the care I receive there!
I've been going to see Dr. Truitt and her team for several months now and it's always a good experience. Joanne is always so warm and considerate, she makes each visit wonderful! And Faith is so kind and knowledgeable. When I'm under the laser she cares about and is attentive to my tolerance level. And the girls at the front desk are so patient and always smiling when I come in. Everyone I've met here makes me feel good about myself, and I really appreciate that. I discovered Dr. Truitt who was recommended to me by my husband. My husband came home very impressed with Dr. Truitt which is a statement since my husband has seen many dermatologists. I decided to schedule with Dr. Truitt for a concerned spot. Her thorough exam revealed a cancer lesion not in my area of concern. The cancer spot was a bulls eye in the center of my face. You’d think I’d have freaked out on it’s location but based on her thorough examination and great explanation of the procedure I had full confidence in Dr. Truitt so I booked my MOHS procedure. I had no hesitation as Dr. Truitt and her staff showed great knowledge and had a true caring and kind presence. Her nurse, JoAnn, is amazing, funny, and gets you to relax. JoAnn is also fantastic in walking you through the pre op so you know what to expect. Her front office staff, Esmeralda, is so kind and always greets you with a smile and was always helpful in answering my questions when I called. I have just finished my last follow up and I still can’t believe what a fantastic job that Dr. Truitt did! The bulls eye incision on my face looks really good with minimal scarring. Dr Truitt was a master closer of my wound area. Family and friends can’t believe how good it looks! I am so thankful to Dr. Truitt for taking such good care of me and using her amazing skill to me look so good after a big procedure like this! Thank you, Dr. Truitt!
My entire experience with Dr. Truitt and all of her staff has been fantastic! Dr. Truitt performed a complete body examination and identified several areas of concern that has required 3 surgeries thus far to remove cancerous cells on my face and neck. From the moment walking through the door and being greeted by Esmeralda, to being prepped by Joanna or Fairy, through the actual surgery performed by Dr. Truitt, everything was performed with overriding, positivity, exceptional efficiency, and incredible professionalism! My follow up visits have been equally as pleasant, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Truitt and all of her team for all of your dermatology needs!
My first time trying Ultra, and Dr. Truitt came highly recommended to me by my friend. She took the time to explain both procedures and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. RF microneedling was added and that was minimal discomfort due to her thorough numbing me beforehand. I can see why she came highly recommended. She is the BEST!
