Just had another fantastic session with Nurse Joy Sheppard at Skin Spirit (Presidio San Francisco) and I must say, if you aren’t familiar and looking, find her. She’s the absolute best in the business, super gentle, caring, thoughtful and funny! Just impeccable each and every time for which I’m grateful. Love you Nurse Joy!
I went to SkinSpirit today to see Michaela, and she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I felt heard and was able to fully address my concerns- she took the time to listen and offered thoughtful, honest advice. She asked about my goals and was very open about the best ways to achieve them, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy I came in and look forward to my next visit!
Michaela is a great injector and Nurse. She is the only one that can get my botox just PERFECT! I’m always so happy leaving the office after I visit her. She has done my Sculptra as well and the results are amazing. I love her friendly personality, she always makes me feel safe and welcome 🩷
I had an amazing Diamond Glow facial at SkinSpirit. Christina at the front desk was so helpful—she answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to fit me in during my short scheduling window. Lori Ann was fantastic as well. She actually read through my intake form and came in with thoughtful, detailed questions, which I really appreciated. At other med spas, it often feels like they skip over that part, so her attention to detail stood out. Overall, a great experience and I left feeling refreshed!
I've been seeing Kailea for over a year, and this review is long overdue because words hardly do her justice. She is, without a doubt, incredible. Kailea has a true gift. At every appointment, she goes the extra mile, ensuring my skin gets the exact care and attention it needs. What I appreciate most is her holistic approach. As I've been diligently prepping my skin for my wedding, she has been an invaluable resource. Her product recommendations are always spot-on, and her advice on procedures is given with my best interests in mind. She is wonderfully knowledgeable but never pushy, making me feel completely comfortable and in control of my skincare journey. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her. Not only is she a skilled professional, but she also creates a relaxing and trusting environment. I leave every time knowing my skin is in the best possible hands and that I will see great results. I simply cannot recommend her enough.
