Beautiful rooms, lots of space. Eric helped me choose tables and chairs and had tablecloths in any color I could think of. The staff had everything set up when I got there and I had an awesome party. The spin360 videos were super cool too! Thanks guys!
I had my birthday party at Skylofts and it was amazing. The room was beautiful and Eric and his staff were friendly and helpful. They had tables and chairs and decorations and set it all up for me! Made it a great night!
My girl had a birthday party there and it was awesome! Eric was super helpful and I would definitely recommend them for your next event!
I like everything about this place! I was blown away with the space and all the amenities it had to offer. Two floors to host any event for yourself or a love one.
I gave my mom a surprise birthday party here in March 2022. Pro: Mr. Eric was very accommodating. My moms party was originally booked on the second floor( a party was already booked on 1st floor)Because of my mom's age Mr. Eric was able to switch our party to 1st floor. The price was very reasonable for all that I received. I loved the architect of the building (it added to the ambiance of our decor). Mr. Eric even threw in a couple extras at no cost to me. My mom and family really enjoyed themselves Now for the Cons: Keep in mind i am not complaining. I am just making some observations on what i feel could have been done better. The skyloft staff could benefit from exercising time management. My party was booked from 3pm-7pm I was to arrive at 2pm to set up. Upon arrival the staff was still Breaking down and cleaning up from the previous party. They did not have all of the agreed upon decorations readily on hand. Staff to staff Communication about decor could have been better. They were looking for the table clothes....they just were not completely ready for me to set up my decor. Also during my mom's party Mr. Eric Decided to walk some potential customers through my mom's party. Of course I objected. I mean... I paid my money so that my family and I would privately have the use of that room. He then took the people through the side door into the event room behind mine but, one of the staff opened the French doors connecting the rooms knocking down the gold decor I had placed there. (see picture) I still do not understand why or what their reasoning was for the walk through of strangers or opening those doors during my moms private party. I was also told that the potential customers were also unnerved by this because they said it was unprofessional and would not want staff showing off the room they paid to occupy while their event was going on. Also I purchased the use of the projector to show my mom's pics on screen and it was not set up. When I went to go find Mr. Eric he was nowhere to be found. Eventually he came and set up the projector. All in all the party was a success except for the aforementioned bumps in the road. So... would I book them again YES because as I stated before I have no complaints just observations on why there should be improvements made in regards to time management and communication. So thank you Skyloft. My mom had a wonderful time.
