Let's talk about Skywalker, my experience started when Brad came to my house to see what I needed. He was very knowledgeable, and the best part is he was straight forward and honest. Made me a great offer. Then I was directed to BJ and Ben, the project managers. Talk about service, both of these gentleman stayed on top of things giving me updates every step of the way. Best of all, when the job was finished, they asked me several times if I was satisfied and is there anything else they could do. The only draw back was a little delay in the scheduling. However, the work that was completed, the treatment i received was well worth the wait.
Amazing group! Rusty was such a great guy to work with, he checked the roof out and looked in the attic which helped give him a sense of what we were going to need! The quote was spot on and I was so thankful they didn’t find damaged wood that needed replacing as I know that can be an added cost. They drilled soffit vents and added soffit and overall the roof is perfect! Just in time for the snow! I appreciate this team so much. They finished the roof in one day and worked so hard and by the next day the finished the soffit, which required a lot of work including removing all the gutters. Thank you guys so much!!! You made buying a roof quite a pleasure.
Skywalker did a thorough inspection of my roof and offered me upgrade options that would prevent future leaks that no other roofer mentioned. They also offered good, better and best shingle options to choose from. Skywalker kept me informed throughout the process. Installation of shingles was well done and looks great. I received exceptional customer service from a Skywalker manager who answered all my questions. I recommend Skywalker roofing for a better roofing experience. J Morton
Skywalker roofing was great. It started with Brad the sales rep who came to take a look at the roof as we had storm damage. He was the only one out of 3 other companies who found shingles blown up and patched them for free until the roof was scheduled. Brad was highly professional and responsive. BJ then took over as project manager and the team was seamless. They did an excellent job, hard working, and cleaned up well. Thank you to the whole Skywalker team, no doubt the best quality and most professional company. Reasonably priced and getting the absolute best.
Representative Rusty came out to inspection and quote us a price for roof. Boasted on Owen's Corning shingles and also their synthetic underlayment. Boasted on how they were a platinum preferred contractor of Owens. Said they stand by their work. Day of installation Deps roofing came and done the work not Skywalker. Used pinnacle pristine shingles and summit underlayment. My son was here during the installation and only seen Skywalker truck at the end of job to put up their advertising sign. Deps roofing out of Charlotte, NC did do a great job. So if your thinking about getting Skywalker to do the job just call Deps and probably can get it done cheaper. Wish Skywalker would of been more honest and not so deceptive.
