We’ve been outsourcing the bookkeeping services to Sleek, and it has been an excellent experience. Ms. Syahirah Kahar, although new to the firm, is professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. She makes bookkeeping smooth and worry-free, which has saved us both time and stress. I truly appreciate her efficiency and clear communication — everything just feels effortless.

We enrolled with Sleek in July 2024, it is now November 2024 and to date we have had no visibility of our accounts despite repeated promises and deadlines that have been missed. Our accounts have been neglected since July despite us paying an upfront lump sum for them to be completed. We were assigned Maddi and have raised a complaint with Katie over a week ago and as yet have received no accounts and no update. Hugely regret instructing this company.
I've never left a review on anything before, but I have to give credit where it's due, especially with this one. Accounts Lab was recommended to me by a friend, and he spoke highly of the team and their work. I was clueless being self employed and so I had my self assessment done pretty last minute, and Eleanor helped me through out days before the deadline- give or take, it would have only taken me 3 days or so for everything to be completed (if it wasn't for my lack of communication). Other than that, Eleanor was super responsive, professional and showed a huge amount of understanding in the business and personal matters. Highly recommend.
After working with numerous accountancy firms over the years, I can honestly say Accounts Lab are in a different league.
