Mark, the store manager helped me via text and he was amazing! He was professional, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Slumberland to anyone looking for quality furniture at great prices. And ask for Mark. 😉
My salesman was Ryan. He was very nice and helped me over the phone with purchasing a recliner. He even gave me a $50 coupon because I previously ordered a recliner from Value City and was told 6 weeks later on my pickup date that the recliner was no longer available and I could not get a refund due to the company filing Bankruptcy.
My husband and I just purchased a La-Z-Boy couch and worked with Ryan. He was very helpful, professional, patient, and not pushy at all. Along with great service we were also very pleased with the selection choices, fabric choices, and reasonable price. A great experience! We’re excited to get our new couch and we left the store with a smile on our faces!
Jake helped me order a new mattress and was very helpful. I had my father with me and he was patient answering his questions and showing him what couches they offered. I like that they offer a delivery option, I just wish it wasn’t so long of a wait!
Our salesman was Jonathan and he was wonderful. He introduced himself, gave us his card, directed us to the sales and pointed out a few great deals on what we were looking for. The sawed off dark haired sales guy who was next to our nice gentleman was rude and prejudiced from the get go. By the time we were finished we were so pleased with the customer service from Jonathan we made our purchase. Still the man with the black hair dye was making rude comments about anything he could as we left the store. Thank you Jonathan! Please fire the short man who is clearly not cut out for this job or any that interacts with human life. P.S. best photo on your website is the “Mom Chillin” And we are coming for the Disco Panther!
