Was in from out of town and needed to get a water pump and oil dip stick replaced asap. Brought the truck in the morning and they had all repairs done by afternoon so I could get back on the road. Would recommend this place
I cannot recommend Auto Smart highly enough. I brought my Yukon in for some major work—including a transmission replacement, new shocks, and front brakes—and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Handling a transmission swap is a huge job, but the team here executed it perfectly. My truck is running smoother than it has in years. Beyond the technical expertise, what really stood out was how personable and professional the staff was. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me updated every step of the way so I never had to guess what was going on with my vehicle. Check engine light came on after having a new (rebuilt) engine replaced a few months ago. AutoSmart got my vehicle in quickly an and diagnosed a minor leak in a hose. Charged for the diagnostic but fixed the leak for free. Repair took only a couple of hours. Scott and the team at AutoSmart are very good at maintaining communication with their customers.
Paid over a grand to get my overheating issue solved and they gave it back to me with the issue still a major problem. Gave them a chance to fix it again after I immediately brought it back after less than 20 minutes of driving and after a day they said they fixed another small leak again and claimed my temperature gauge is broken. can't drive my car Longer than 15 minutes without the gauge reading that it's overheating. After posting my review they called back and offered more solutions and explanations I hope I can trust because this is the first time I've brought it to them. They determined my gauge is malfunctioning and that after I try a new sensor I can bring in a mechanical temperature gauge for a correct reading while driving.
