Smileys continues to exceed my expectations. I originally hired them to replace my HVAC system - which went flawlessly. Then I had an electrical issue. I called and they had a person out same day. Call me amazed. I expected to have to wait weeks. That might not be true all of the time, but today, was exceptional. Thank you for another great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND APPRECIATED

Brandon & his team are professional, work well together and conferred during the installation process to provide updates. Recently we had one of our HVAC units break and needed to replace it. After getting several quotes Smileys provided the best rate for a better unit than the others. David Rasberry, helped us make an informed decision to replace both units. While waiting for units to be installed, second unit stopped working. Smileys sent out a tech to see what they could do. He worked for over an hour, but wasn't able to get it running. They showed up even though we hadn't technically started our contracted service. The installation team was excellent, Brandon Kirbyand, Jack Strzalko and team had everything installed, cleaned up within a few hours. They made sure I understood how to operate the new system. Highly recommend this company!
Thank you so much Smiley’s for being available for emergencies after hours! My heat went out all of a sudden and I spent hours trying to get help to fix it then I Googled, found Smiley’s, and gave them a call. My lifesaver Zach O told me he could be out to my home within 40 minutes and he got here right on time, in fact I believe it was sooner. Smiley’s also has a tracker to where you can see the driver and their ETA. Zach O was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and so kind. He made sure I understood what was happening and answered all of my questions (and my parent’s questions too). He was able to fix my heat and get it going in a timely manner. My home is only 2yrs old and I was in conversation on a maintenance agreement with another company but after the excellent service I received with Smiley’s, I went ahead and obtained a maintenance agreement with them. I am very grateful for Zach O and Smiley’s for being prompt, efficient, and so helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the Hampton Roads area especially if you’re looking for a seamless process!
