We bought a new house and we have a small dog. We needed to get a fence to close off the property, as well as have some fencing repaired, and get a gate. So Cal Fencing was a recommendation from a good friend, and I couldn’t be happier that we used them! SCF is family owned business for over 40 years, and David Jones was the gentleman who came to the property and worked up an estimate. This was on a Monday, and EVERYTHING was completed by Thursday. SCF was professional, efficient, caring, and amazing! I do not have the words to express how pleased I am with their wonderful work and product. We have a secure fence that still allows us a gorgeous view, and a strong gate that is installed for the long run. All this was done at an extremely reasonable price. As a result of their work, my family and pets will be safe and that has everything to do with the fantastic work from SCF. I highly recommend this company!
5-Stars all around. SoCal Fence is an awesome multigenerational family run small business (father, son + nephew/cousin). They hammered out my 64 foot x 6 foot high cedar slat fence in one day! Old fence removal and new fence installation! I was looking for a much more extravagant composite fence but Jeff explained to me why it was unnecessary and showed me a much better and cheaper solution. One of our key concerns was termites. "No problem.” Jeff had all the lumber pretreated with Borates and double painted on all sides offsite before installation. Every step of the way SoCal Fence was an excellent counterpart. They did excellent work. They delivered on time. Their price was competitive. The fence looks amazing! They were a pleasure to deal with. And they successfully navigated the toxic next door neighbor with grace and professionalism which was impressive! Job well done SoCal Fence! See you in 25-years :)
I found Modesto Ayala Fence on Google and reached out in hopes he could expand the length of an existing fence. He responded promptly and professionally with a visit and an estimate. We stayed in touch throughout the waiting process until his available date. The crew showed up on time and completed the job one day earlier than expected. Modesto and his son, Joshua, checked in throughout the job to keep me informed and to inquire about my satisfaction at the progress. They framed, installed, and painted the fence, left the work area as neat and they found it, and visited the next day to double check the work. Supporting a family-owned company feels great, but, in this case, it feels even better because the work is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Modesto for hire.
I'm very happy with my new fence and gates. They look much more professional than before and work a lot better too. David was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out a solution for what I needed. The price seemed very reasonable.
We had just moved into our new house and inherited a fence that was basically hanging on by a thread. We really wanted to work with a local crew, and Jeff from So Cal Fence impressed us right away. Super personable guy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he took some thorough measurements and immediately knew which areas would need a little more attention and gave a clear picture of what to expect cost & time wise. When it was time to start the project, everything was seamless, demo first day, metal post set up day 2, and fence install days 3/4. It was really cool seeing a family business work together, with Jeff's 2 sons and a cousin taking part in the project. I can't recommend these guys enough, really an awesome experience from start to finish.
