I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, but unfortunately the experience is very inconsistent. The pricing changes almost every visit, and the quality of the cleaning does too. Sometimes they do a great job, but other times it’s extremely disappointing. Today was one of those disappointing visits. I left and my car looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. On top of that, I was charged an extra $20 and told it was because I parked under a tree—which I did not. Consistency matters, especially when you’re paying for a service. Until the pricing and quality are more reliable, I can’t say I’d recommend this place. Update: not sure why I can’t respond to your response but please show us the video. This is no way to talk to a customer who is leaving an honest review about a recent experience. Again I’ve been patronizing this business for almost 2 years. You seem very angry. God bless
Excellent service. They left my car spotless and paid great attention to detail. Very friendly and professional staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.
These guys are seriously wonderful! Brought my SUV in with surface scratches all down one side from bushes that my daughter drove too close to and they did a full polish and wax job. They did an amazing job of restoring the gloss on my car and removing all evidence of the scratches and could not have been nicer in the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very through. Got in the nooks and crannies. Our car was dirty and I wish I had before and after pics. They cleaned the inside and outside. We waited outside in the chairs under the tent but I think they have an indoor waiting room also with air conditioning. Their sign says they support first responders. Kudos to that!
I come to this car wash often. They do such a great job in a timely manner. Ryan the manager is awesome! He’s always pleasant to speak to and provides exceptional customer service. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area!
