DON'T BUY SOFA FROM HERE I bought this sofa 2 years ago and cost more than 5000$ . At the time of purchase, the salesman strongly convinced me to buy a 5-year warranty, saying that any damage to the sofa would be repaired under warranty. Now, after just 2 years, the sofa has serious damage — the leather is torn and the inner foam is coming out (as clearly shown in the photos). I contacted him for repair . They sent someone to inspect it, but after seeing it, they simply said this is not repairable and not covered under warranty. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. If such damage is not covered, then what is the point of selling a 5-year warranty? A sofa is expected to last much longer than 2 years. I waste my 5000$ Poor quality product and worse . I would not recommend buying furniture or warranty from this store.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at SofaLand thanks to Prab! We took a long time making our decision and visited other places, but Prab never pressured us once. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was easy, his follow-ups were great, and he made sure we knew about upcoming financing options too. We ended up choosing our couch and added two leather armchairs—and wow, our space looks SO good. Everything feels high quality and we’re absolutely thrilled. If you’re shopping for furniture, ask for Prab!
The sales lady was very knowledgeable, and graciously answered all our questions. Gave us wonderful suggestions for decorating our place. It was a pleasure to do business with her. The delivery people was also very careful and respectful of our property. They took their time to deliver, collect the wrapping debris and make sure all was working well. Over all…Great experience!

I’m very happy with the quality of the sofa, it was exactly what I had wanted! I got the Jenner sofa in a cream white colour and love it.
Sue was our sales associate and was amazing. From the first phone call she was never pushy, never overly eager to "close the sale". She texted us pictures from the showroom and encouraged us to come in person and have a seat. So we did. We found exactly the couch we wanted and the absolute best accent chair for an incredible price. There was no dickering over price, no sales manipulation techniques in use, just a truly authentic and charasmastic person helping people navigate the world of quality living room furniture. I can't say enough great things. If you want to go straight to the best experience with the best product for the best price (no sale prices or negotiating, they literally just have the best prices) go talk to Sue. You won't regret it.
