Last year, my husband and I visited your spa for a couples massage to celebrate the end of the year, and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed it so much that we hoped to make it an annual ritual. In December 2025, we returned and booked the Couples Retreat with the intention of continuing that tradition. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. My husband had a very poor experience with his massage therapist, who appeared to be inexperienced. The treatment became so uncomfortable that he had to ask her to stop multiple times during the session. We raised our concerns with staff upon leaving, however the response was simply that the feedback would be passed on to the owner. No apology, reassurance, or attempt to address the issue was offered at the time. Paying almost $700 for an experience that was not only unenjoyable but distressing is unacceptable. Given the lack of customer care shown when we raised this issue, we will not be returning. What was meant to be a special annual experience has unfortunately been ruined. I am very disappointed with both the service received and the handling of our complaint. I have to report that the owner recently contacted us directly and worked with us to resolve our complaint, even suggesting a couple of massage therapist to request should we return
I had a truly wonderful and relaxing experience at Sojo Spa. I received a gift for an escape ritual, which included an amazing body and facial massage. Everything was done with so much professionalism and care. I absolutely loved it, and I will definitely return at least once a year to treat myself to this amazing day.
Wow! What a relaxing experience! I loved every minute of my hot stone massage with Amy, and to top it off a lovely relaxation area after the massage to enjoy some water or tea and a little treat. It’s the little things like this that elevate the experience. I’m looking forward to booking in again!
I had a wonderful massage experience at this spa recently (5th of June), thanks to Sarah. She was professional, attentive, and had just the right pressure throughout the session. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. The whole team at the spa was lovely too – very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The ambiance of the spa was calming, clean, and comfortable, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for a truly therapeutic and relaxing massage!
I recently received a Sojo Spa relaxation massage as a birthday gift, and I was truly impressed by the salon's relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Jasmin provided my service today, and it was exceptional; I felt completely at ease and noticed that I nearly dozed off on a few occasions due to the level of relaxation. After the massage, I was served tea and light snacks, which enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning in the future.
